Join Reiki Master Lauren for 75 minutes of healing and relaxation. Practitioners will begin with a sourcing mediation, then lead through a series of restorative postures while Reiki is being administered. Aroma and sound therapies are offered. Class ends in a grounding meditation.

Reiki is a vibrational healing practice that returns us to balanced functioning on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki can ease the discomfort of a wide range of health conditions such as headaches, insomnia, back pain, cancer, heart disease, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. Reiki does not address the symptoms or condition directly but it balances one’s entire system which can promote a sense ease and well-being.
Every Reiki session is design to fit personal preferences, you may choose aromatherapy, use or crystals and sound therapy.

This class is designed to build core strength as well as back strength and flexibility. Joanie leads practitioners through a series of simple postures designed to alleviate back discomfort and improve posture. Breathing techniques are offered to help reduce stress and anxiety that often times contribute to back discomfort. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
