This workshop will begin with 25-30 minutes of vinyasa to warm-up and prepare the body for a number of more advanced arm balances and inversion. Following the vinyasa, poses will be presented step by step so the practitioner understands the physics of the poses as well as the strength and flexibility required move closer nailing it, BAM !
