Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love.
Access Bars® can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer’s cluttered hard drive – only this time, you’re creating space in your brain. Things like negative thought patterns, or that endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released and make space for the calm you’ve been seeking.

What does a Access Bars session look like?
Sessions are 60-75 minutes in length. You will lie down comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Blankets, pillows and anything you need for comfort will be provided. Lauren will then begin to run your bars by pressing into different areas along the head. You will not feel much of anything except for deep relaxation. Falling asleep is common but the ability to talk through any emotions, thoughts, beliefs, etc. is also welcome- allowing for this powerful experience to also be that of a coaching session. Once the session is complete, you will leave with a relaxed body and mind much like if you received a massage. (A purpose for receiving the access bars treatment is not necessary, what is ready to be released, will be).
How often should I get my bars run?
Bars will run for roughly 2 weeks. It is encouraged to journal and reflect on what shifts and changes have occurred during this time. Allow yourself to return to another session when you feel called- there is no right or wrong. The more you receive Access Bars treatment, the less you will need it over time.
