Yoga Teacher Training

The Embodied Path Teacher Training A 200-Hour Journey of Presence, Practice, and Remembering

The Embodied Path Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and come home to the wisdom of your own body.

This training is not about perfecting poses or becoming a certain kind of teacher. It is about learning to inhabit the practice from the inside out—so that whether you teach or simply live your yoga, it arises from authenticity, integrity, and embodied presence.

Rooted in vinyasa yoga and informed by somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, philosophy, and subtle energy, The Embodied Path offers a spacious, intentional approach to yoga education. You’ll be guided to explore yoga as a living practice—one that supports resilience, discernment, and right relationship with yourself, your students, and the world.

What Makes This Training Different

The Embodied Path honors that teaching emerges from being.

Rather than focusing on choreography or external authority, this training centers:

• Embodied awareness and interoception

• Teaching from lived experience

• Nervous system–informed sequencing and cueing

• Breath as a bridge between body, mind, and energy

• Philosophy as something practiced, not memorized

• The art of holding space with clarity and care

You will be supported in finding your own voice—one that feels grounded, attuned, and true.

Training Structure

This is a hybrid training designed to support integration and real-life rhythm.

In-person immersion weekends for embodied learning, practice teaching, ritual, and community

Online modules to explore anatomy, philosophy, ethics, and self-inquiry at your own pace

Weekly or biweekly practice + integration sessions to deepen embodiment and connection

Mentorship and reflection woven throughout the journey

This structure allows the training to unfold gradually, giving space for insight, nervous system settling, and true integration—rather than information overload.
