The Art Of Yoga Teacher Training is designed to exceed expectations of a typical teacher training. Both Amber and Lauren have created successful businesses from their yoga trainings but it came from a lot of time spent searching endlessly on what to do next and how to bring it all together. When they were discussing their vision for the training they would co-host, a one stop shop of a solid foundation of teachings was the first on their priorities. So whether you are looking to start a career in yoga or looking to deepen your personal practice, this training is for you!
This Yoga Teacher training is all encompassing and has the think outside the box kind of approach.
We will cover all the basics of a teacher training like Yoga Philosophy, History of Yoga, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Class creation, modifications, assisting, sequencing, ethics, business of yoga etc.
And will also be adding in:
Trauma Informed approach, Yin, Restorative, Breathwork/pranyama, Reiki level I certification and attunement, deep dive into the chakras and subtle body, astrology, nervous system education, sound healing, mindfulness, coaching and how to bring this all together to create your offering to the world.
You will graduate with a deep knowledge of holistic approaches, living and business to thrive in your life!
