Join Lauren and Leah for a nice, relaxing, hour-long evening of meditation and sound healing where we will use chant (voice), singing bowls, a gong, and tuning fork. Relax on your mat or propped up nicely in a relaxed position.
Sound Healing has been linked to many benefits like stress reduction, relaxation, anxiety, and improves sleep. We are naturally made up of vibrations and just like a piano goes out of tune, so do we. Attending a sound bath helps us to realign.
This will be a beautiful evening spent together.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything you desire to get extra comfy, cozy.
