Introduction to Yoga

Want to learn yoga but don’t know where to start? Join us for this introductory workshop where we will discover yoga with proper alignment and breath! Learn to shape your practice to meet you where you are at on your mat. Great for beginners and intermediate practitioners who want to dive deeper into their practice.

  • We will end in a short meditation

Wear comfortable clothes you would normally wear for a workout.

Bring a mat if you own one, otherwise, you can borrow one from the studio.
