Myofascial Release Stretching is a self-treatment technique that results in lengthening the body’s connective tissues and fascial system. It has the capacity to dramatically improve health and quality of life by improving mobility and easing chronic pain.
Fascia is released by applying gentle sustained pressure into fascial barriers and restrictions, softening the tissue and allowing it to lengthen and become more pliable. After softening the tissue, practitioners stretch and strengthen areas released.
Aroma Therapy and Thai Massage is offered during the workshop.
